- Start Anytime Fitness (303 Coke Street Suite #100, Hillsboro, Texas) (0)
- North on Coke St. then short left (west) on Elm St. then short right (south) on Jane Ln.
- Left (west) on Franklin St. (through downtown Hillsboro) then right (north) on SH 171 (2.4)
- REST STOP FM 66 (9.4)
- Right (east) to Itasca on FM 67 at Covington (Public Restroom @ Shell Station)(16.3)
- Under I-35W (23.4)
- Continue on FM 67 to Itasca (MKT Train Depot) then right (west) on (Main St/FM 66) (30.3)
- After three blocks turn left (south) on FM 934 (30.6)
- Over I-35W (32.1) (Public Restroom @ Exxon Station)
- REST STOP Turner Cemetery (33.9)
- Over I-35E (42.7)
- Left (east) towards Milford on US 77 (43.7) for one mile then right (south) on FM 1243 (44.7)
- Cooler with drinks/portable potty provided at corner of FM 1243 (44.7)
- REST STOP Brandon (49.1)
- West on SH 22 to FM 286 (Old Brandon Road) (55.7)
- Cross under I-35 then left on Jane Ln. (57.8)
- Left (east) short distance on Elm St. then right (south) on Coke St (58.3)
- Cross SH 171 to Anytime Fitness finish/start point (58.6)
